I've been on a bender lately with sugar...huge amounts, no stopping myself, practically binging at times. The other day, I decided I'd had enough and I was putting on the brakes with my bad eating and no exercising. I've been off the wagon for several months, but I've been REALLY bad lately.
So, I've been almost sugar free (refined sugar) for the last 36 hours or so and I have the most massive, splitting headache. Very similar to caffeine withdrawal headache, but I've still been drinking coffee.
Are sugar withdrawal headaches common? If so, do they come on in such a short time frame?
