I agree with GD. Whenever your food has artificial ( artificial sweetener ) in the name, you should pause for a second.
Foods like this have replaced real food over the last few decades, and coincidentally cancer rates have skyrocketed. You don't need any added salt or sugar, artificial or otherwise. We have forgotten how good natural foods actually taste, and instead are eating low fat foods loaded with salt/sugar. Your smoothies have fruit in them, so it has all the sugar you need. You just need to let you taste buds adapt back to normal, by quitting the added salt/sugar. The fruit will taste sweeter, and meat will taste saltier, and the food will be real, and tasty, and you will get healthier, instead of get cancer.
