Anyone here concerned about juicing/smoothies removing the fiber, and just spiking your blood sugars repeatedly?
Sounds like a great way to become a diabetic.I find fruit rather easy to eat in its natural state, and am pretty sure that liquefying them adds no nutritional benefit, while spiking blood sugars, and releasing Insulin in large quantities.
