Yeah, if you don't eat a diet high in added sugar, the sugar in one of those things will destroy you. I get what I call a "sugar hangover" now that I limit my added sugar. If I eat too much sweets even if there's no alcohol involved. Feels *exactly* like a hangover from drinking.
My best advice would be watch your carbs today. Try to stick to veggies and a little bit of fruit to keep your blood sugar even and taper off with each meal. Drink lots of water and as much as it probably sucks right now, see if you can do a bit of light-moderate cardio.
