I am in the beginning stages of using it as a meal replacement for December (pre-approved by my nutritionist). I like the taste of it, and like that it is dairy/soy free as I tend to have sensitivity to both of those things. It is great to have something on-the-go if you don't have much time, and surprisingly, it keeps me quite satisfied until I have a snack.
