I am in the beginning stages of using it as a meal replacement for December (pre-approved by my nutritionist). I like the taste of it, and like that it is dairy/soy free as I tend to have sensitivity to both of those things. It is great to have something on-the-go if you don't have much time, and surprisingly, it keeps me quite satisfied until I have a snack.

It's good for when I'm in a hurry or when I work an early shift and not ready to eat (although I will usually have a serving of fruit and a multivitamin with it to make it more of a meal). I find it does a good job of keeping me satisfied until I can have a snack during my break.
