A food label uses the following:
60 milligrams for vitamin C...so your 67.5 milligrams would convert to 113%
5000 IU for vitamin A...so your 5185 would convert to 103%

This chart is one that I use:

It looks to me like your melon has 223% of your Vitamin A and 90% of your Vitamin C.

Hope this helps!

Afraid of a colonoscopy? Believe me - they are much less frightening than surgery and chemotherapy.

Colonoscopies allow polyps to be removed before they can become cancer, or let cancers be found before they are too widespread. If you are 50 or older, or have any symptoms, please don't let fear stop you from covering your butt.

Get checked!

Hi,
I am entering a food (Santa Claus melon) and found the nutrition information for it. This item has 5158 I.U. of Vitamin A and 67.5 mg of Vitamin C. How do I calculate the daily percentage so that I can add it?
