I'm not sure what foods would upset your acid reflux but portabella mushrooms are great. A huge 140g PB is around 35 cals. If you want to added shredded parmesan, that's around 20 cals. They are super filling and satisfying.
Egg white omelettes with veggies. I usually put a pre-cooked sweet potato, onion and mushrooms. Also very satisfying. Mine are usually around 90 cals. I use 1/3 cup egg whites.
I also make homemade frozen Greek yogurt (nice summer treat). You can make them for around 100 cals. 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt, a serving of dry sugar-free instant pudding mix, 1/3 cup almond milk. You can add a bit of fruit or fruit juice for flavour but you don't have to. I do nut butter sometimes but that might put you over. Just put it in your freezer about 2-3 hours before you plan on eating it and stir it up every 30 mins so it doesn't crystallize.
