It's the perfect season for strawberries, sponge cakes and cool whip.
I also make frozen yogurts with Greek yogurt, (fruit, nuts/nut butter, crushed candy, Oero or graham cracker crumbs, etc.), instant pudding powder and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. You can also make soft serve with fruit (bananas work great!)
Snickerdoodle blondies- made with chickpeas and nut butter. Just google them, plenty of recipes.
Greek yogurt parfaits
Low fat cheesecakes made with low or no fat cream cheese. There's plenty of recipes on Spark recipes.
Greek yogurt soufflés.
Graham crackers with your fav toppings; cream cheese and fruit, nut butter, honey and fruit.
Slice a banana up on a whole wheat tortilla, top with cream cheese, honey and cinnamon and "toast it" on a frying pan, not too brown you want to be able to roll it up after.
