I bought it a couple years ago. It gives you sound advice & isn't a starvation diet, but it's been in my closet with all the other tries. There were too many rules for me & I need things for when I'm rushing , etc. I like to cook when I can cook, but I like to be able to eat whatever (I try to make good choices for the most part)
it worked okay for me at first, but I did gain being allowed so much food, because it triggered my overeating. I have problems with that.
My life is pretty busy & the simpler the better, so I can incorporate it in my life.That was just MY experience, though.
