We eat meat free meals in my home 3-4 days each week. We will probably never be vegetarians but enjoy our meatless meals and feel satisfied.

I am not "meat crazy", but I definitely would not be able to go vegetarian or vegan. Chicken breast, shrimp, and turkey are too good for me to pass up. I also love eating eggs/egg whites for breakfast.

I'm not vegetarian but I don't eat meat every month. Maybe 8-10 times/year. It's just never on my list of things I want. I always eat what I love, and I don't love meat. I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything by not eating meat very often.

i am glad i don't have to eat meat everyday. i love the vegetarian recipes on sparkpeople and will have a meat free day next week. i would say we should all give it a try and why not , it saves money, it will keep the body healthy, and keep my waistline smaller. emoticon
