That's really awesome! Your body is thanking you for dropping all those nutrient poor foods with that amazing loss.
Yesterday I had a huge craving for Haagen Dazs ice cream. So I drive up to the store and am looking at the labels and I couldn't believe my eyes. All of the ice creams had at least 21g of sugar per 1/2 cup serving! Cream has 0g sugar which is what ice cream is supposed to be made from. So thats all added sugar, 5 teaspoons of sugar in 1/2 cup serving! I would have eaten at least 2 servings (at least) so I didn't buy it.
I buy 80% dark chocolate and I always have it in the fridge for desserts and treats. The entire 100g chocolate bar has 20g of sugar and there is no way anyone could eat the whole thing because it's so rich. I had 4 squares instead of the ice cream and it was delicious.
I will have to make my own ice cream again soon.
