Hi! I'm kinda new to SparkPeople and I just saw your post-"Anyone try Nopalina Flax Seed Plus"? I take a lot of pain meds (I have Lupus) which wreaks havoc on you stomach(there's no other way to say it-constipation) and my weight loss is going really slow because of it. I've been taking something else for almost 5 years, but it just suddenly stopped working! I spoke to my cousin (who suffers with MS) and she mentioned she was taking Nopalina with great results. Her Mom, also trying to get back down to her pre-children weight, is using it as well. After speaking to her, my mind was made up and I am giving it a try. Did you ever use it, after your
post? Just wondering if you had any results? I hope you weight loss is going well, have a wonderful day! Thanx!!

Flax Seed contains healthy fiber and fats. There is no research to support it being used as a weight loss supplement.
