I am a 27 year old female who on May 26, 2013 started the Paleo diet weighing 344lbs. If you don't know what that is, the main part of my diet is veggies (no legumes) and lean meat. No dairy, wheat or gluten and only limited carbs from fruit. I also cannot have processed foods. I am not on any diet pills or anything I am going at this completely natural.
So I have been on the diet (life style change) a few more days than 3 weeks. I went cold turkey and have only had one piece of flat bread as a cheat on the first of June. I also have one cup of coffee a day and atleast a gallon of water.
as of this morning I weigh 323lbs I am down 21lbs already. I am also working out 60-90 mins a day at the gym, walking, jogging and weight training.
is this too fast? I do not lack in the eating department, in fact I don't think I could eat anymore than I do. So what do you think? I am sure it will slow down pretty quick although in the past I have lost as much as 60lbs in 2 months on a similar but different diet and less of a work out.
I also wanted to say I feel great! I don't feel weak, dizzy or anything like I am starving myself.
I had lost 200lbs, gained back 60 with the passing of my Mother 6 months ago but am back on track now to reach my goal in the next year or two.
Please let me know what you guys think
