you could try replacing the quinoa with some veggies [broccoli, squash, cauliflower, zucchini, tomatoes]. or you could just reduce the amount of quinoa and add in veggies.
but if what you are eating is satisfying you and you're on track, being on the high end for carbs isn't necessarily a bad thing. some people actually do better eating higher in carbs [i frequently get over 300 grams of them a day].
and is the quinoa really the junkiest carb you could cut in the day?
