My tips are to drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. Fill a washable water bottle with water and keep it full all day. Drink sips out of it all day. If you don't like plain water you can try crystal light 0 calorie flavored water packets for a few glasses. Or just add lemon. And whenever you get hungry drink water first. You may just be thirsty.
