My lazy breakfast right now....
eggo waffles... I know... each topped with about 1/4 cup of vanilla greek yogurt with fruit on top. Either sliced strawberries, sliced peaches, or blackberries. The fact that you can buy precut fruits and veggies at the store makes this easy.
Fruits- pre-measure out grapes, cherries, strawberries, etc or even just grab a pear, apple, orange.
Dairy- chobani bites (100 calories I like raspberry chocolate, pineapple caramel, and the chocolate coffee), breakstone's cottage doubles 100 calores. I know it would be cheaper to buy in bulk and mix my own, but the point is easy.
Mr. Wheat Wheat Crisps (about 9 calories a crisp) smear with peanut butter and apple slices
Or top with laughing cow cream cheese. I haven't tried with jelly, but i think it would be heavenly with honey and cinnamon. (I have a bag of these in my desk at work and a jar of peanut butter for when I get those surprise hunger pains.)
Baby carrots and hummus.
