If you also increased your calories burned goal because you're exercising more than before, that, combined with being ahead of schedule could be the reason for the increase.

I think I'm ahead by about 2 pounds? Nothing crazy or astronomical. I didn't know that could be a part of it?

Are you ahead of schedule with your weight loss progress? If so, that's one reason your range might have increased.

So this week I lost weight (yay!), but my calorie range went up?! I'm supposed to eat about 60 more calories a day. Is that normal? Up until now I noticed my calorie range go down as I lost. Now it's going up? Is it because of the amount of exercise I do a week? I know you need to eat more when you work out a lot. But this just sounded a little weird to me. Thanks in advance for any responses!
