I know that the recommended water intake for everyone is 8 cups a day, but I was wondering if there was an amount according to body weight? Someone mentioned this to me a while ago and I've never gotten around to asking (not too sure who to ask honestly)
I drink more water than anything 98% of the time (I fail some days and have only 2 or three cups), but I want to make sure that I'm drinking enough and not too much at the same time. I always worry I'll drink too much moreover worrying I'm not drinking enough.
Don't know if this is needed but I'm also 6 months pregnant, would that make a difference in my water intake. I don't want to go into my weight because I'll start freaking out lol I was in the process of getting serious/being serious about my weight loss and I came up pregnant. (I started the Insanity workout) It's been hard losing that mindset and gaining weight.
I hope this all makes sense and it's not a bunch of nonsense rambling :/
