In the last week I have been 182 pounds, 178 pounds, and everything in between!
Our bodies may hold on to water, have hormonal shifts, be digesting food, all sorts of things that may make the number on the scale increase, but has nothing to do with actually gaining weight. I guarantee that if you looked at everyone's weight tracker, not a single person would have a straight line going in a downward direction. But we still might see 2 lbs up, 3 lbs down within a week.
Stick with it, and don't only rely on the scale! Take measurements, track how you feel, how your clothes fit. The scale can be helpful, but also kind of a jerk!
