OMG, I am so frustrated, this is so difficult. All I want is to loose just 2 lbs a week, and I keep bouncing back and forth.
So far I have lost 10 lbs. and I still have 25 to go, to get to my healthiest weight. I am eating every two to three hours and eating in proper portion, and I am working out five days a week, doing cardio for an hour three days a week and resistance training for 25 minutes two days a week.
I cannot seem to move down, and I am really frustrated.
This has been going on for a month.
I am looking for any ideas at this point.
I am going to still do what I am doing and hope that I can at least loose two lbs. this week.
I weighed on Saturday and I was so happy to loose just .6 of a lbs. and then jumped on this morning and I am up 1.4 lbs. and it goes this way. Now I know that you just weight once a week same day, same scale, same time, but I want to see if I am doing all of this right.
Would love some feed back, thanks for listening. I just seem to need to vent some where.
I just have to say that I work in a surgical setting so there are days when I am always moving and walking and keep physical if my job allows me, but there are days when I am scrubbed in and I am not as physical and those are the days that I plan on working out at the gym and at home. I would appreciate any feed back at this point. Thanks for the time..
