I wasn't really trying to; we've been on a tight budget lately, and honestly I didn't want to spend the money. I've also been working outside a lot, so I've been drinking a lot of ice water when I come in (like I usually do when I do physical activities.)
I've been drinking hot tea a lot (I keep a kettle of english tea on the stove pretty much all day) with some stevia, but otherwise? That's it.
It occurred to me that I haven't had any soda in about four days.
And I don't even miss it.
So I told my husband not to bother getting me anymore.
It's not like I won't ever have it; I like to grab a bottle of Coke Zero or Diet Dr Pepper on road trips, but why keep it around the house? I'm happy with water, tea, and the odd glass of milk now and again. :)
