I've been doing really well losing weight the past several weeks with the calorie range I have been at and the excercise I've been doing, but SP is warning me I need to bump up my calories with the increase of excercise I've been trying to list.
I am mostly tracking minutes as I can't fully do the workouts accorning to how an able bodied person does so I don't think the estimates are true to what I'm accomplishing.
The leap in calorie count was huge and compared to what I've been eating seems kind of massive. I haven't been this successful in losing weight in years, so I'm afraid to mess up what is working, but I don't want to go to "the bad" side if I really should be eating more.
I have been having a "free" day once a week where I really do eat more than typical and it seems like it takes a while for my body to come back down again.
Any thoughts for me?
