I work nights as a hospital pharmacist... my schedule is 8pm to 6am. I've started grocery shopping at the beginning of the week and planning my meals out so I'm not struggling with stuff to find to make throughout the week that isn't healthy.
I usually am up around 4-5pm in the afternoon/evening and I make dinner for the evening and eat with the family. I usually make a little extra and take the left overs to eat that evening at work along with some greek yogurt, veggies, etc. I try to eat anywhere from midnight to 1am, but it just kind of depends how busy the night is.
If I'm not too busy I'll eat again around 4-5 am, but sometimes it just doesn't happen until I get home which I know isn't ideal... but at least I'm not going to bed starving! I'll just have some eggs or something light so I'm not completely skipping meals. I also will workout sometimes when I get off work in the am, but I know some people are ready to go to bed right when they get off after a long night...
