So one of my favorite lunch places is a Vietnamese restaurant down the street from my work. They have lots of healthy lunch options, lots of veggies (the kind I actually like) and fresh chicken.
One of my favorite things they have is instead of the ice tea being your usual black tea, it's a really lightly brewed jasmine ice tea. Love the stuff, and it's not bitter, so I never have to sweeten it.
But does it go towards my water count? It doesn't have caffeine, it doesn't have any sweeteners or anything like that. I still count it as Tea-Brewed in my food tracker, so I'm counting the tiny amount of calories I might get from it, but wonder if I should count it towards my water as well.
