The nutrition information on Spark is usually for the cooked item. So if you had 4 ounces of raw, that would equate to probably only 3, maybe 3.5 ounces once cooked. So you likely have slightly overestimated how many calories you consumed.
I kind of wish there were more "raw" entries available on Spark, as in many situations it is just a whole lot easier to weigh the raw product first before adding to a recipe.
