I love my evening snack! Here are some of my favorites:
half a tortilla and 0.5 oz cheddar cheese melted
half a tortilla and half a banana and 1 tbsp better n peanut butter
0.25 cup grapenuts and almond milk and blueberries + a teaspoon of sugar or truvia
oatmeal + a million fruit combos....
mine are usually carby probably because I am usually on the low end for carbs at the end of the day -funny because I used to be a carb junky!
