Go to community and when it drops down, hit Sparkteams. You should be able to search for both gluten free teams, as well as low carb teams. SP has teams for almost everything, since they have millions of members.
I don't know if I have a gluten problem, but I am sensitive to carbs. So I do low carb @ 30-60 carbs a day.
If you go ahead and do low carb, split your carbs up evenly with all your meals, so you can burn it off, and have some for energy throughout the day. Also try to avoid any low carb foods, like Atkins bars, shakes etc. If you eat these foods, you may be at 20 grams of carbs according to the labels on the food, but still unable to lose. Some people can't lose while eating sugar free foods, or ones with sugar substitutes, or sugar alcohols.
For best results eat meat, eggs, butter/oils, and a LOT of fresh, Atkins allowed vegetables.
