Overnight oatmeal is awesome. I've been eating it everyday for the last couple months and have tried loads of combos:
Key lime oats- squeezed lime juice and zest topped with shredded coconut.
Chocolate covered Strawberries- unsweetened cocoa powder, honey and strawberries.
Chocolate, cherry "cheesecake"- unsweetened cocoa powder, honey, ricotta cheese, cherries and shredded coconut.
Banana with ricotta cheese and sugar-free chocolate pudding mix.
Banana and lemon with ricotta cheese- lemon juice/zest
Pear and cottage cheese (nutmeg, cinnamon and maple syrup)
Frozen banana and mango pureed in the morning for a frozen soft serve on top and topped with coconut flakes.
Vanilla, blueberries and banana- used sugar free vanilla pudding.
Mint chocolate- unsweetened cocoa powder, honey and peppermint extract
Natural peanut butter and banana (also used almond butter and banana).

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.
