People die every day talking on a phone while driving. IMO eating is much more distracting since the food is between you and the road.
More importantly, I think others are wondering why your nutrition is so unimportant that you treat it as an afterthought. Seems like other things are more important since you relegate your meals to such a low status as to not even set aside 15 mins to eat. It's always possible. You choose not to do so. That is a bigger concern than even eating while driving. You have limited your food selection based on the ability to not fall in your lap while making a 90 degree turn at 35 m.p.h. This is after already being on a restricted diet. Vegan? and further restricting it by excluding grains.
If you stopped and ate, your options would increase, and you would be safer. Hopefully healthier.
All of these are just observations. No need to get angry. Ignore what you want, but if you continue to criticize what people throw out, you will soon find that people choose to ignore your posts. No one thinks you are stupid. They are just concerned. Use what you can, and just appreciate the rest for what they are. Ideas that didn't fit into your lifestyle, but a sign that people care enough to spend 2 minutes out of their day to help a complete stranger.
