How do I weigh food with bones?
For example, I ate some buffalo wings. The nutritional info said 100g was 200 calories (just an example) I had 150g worth of them for lunch
After I ate the meat, I had 44g of bones left over.
Do I deduct the weight of the bones from the original amount? If so, that would make it actually 106g.
I wonder- because if I deduct it from my total then it can cause me to go under 1200 calories per day and then I have to add more food to my tracker.
This is the part I don't like about tracking, having to go back and change the information.
Today is the day I succeed.
