I was wondering what you all are finding in the way of high protein, low fat and vegetarian foods? Its been hard keeping my protein up and the fat in line, I either go under for protein or over in fat.
I like beans, and I eat a lot of beans, but I am not sure that I could add more to my diet.
I am not looking to increase my grocery bill either.
I do a protein supplement also, though not everyday.
I like to cook and I love to try new things,so if you have any recipes, you could send those along too! (Especially if you make your own seitan!)
I would love to hear any suggestions!
