Plain Greek yogurt with a little (VERY little, it's really sweet!) NuStevia sweetener and a generous amount of fresh local blueberries..slightly tart and slightly sweet. Yum!

I mix 1/4 c of plain & 1/4 c. of vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt with half of a fresh grapefruit (diced) with 1T of chia seeds every morning. Sometimes I'll substitute a half of a fresh peach if they're in season.

I eat only plain Greek yogurt, and mix it with mostly thawed frozen blueberries. Mmmm....

I also use it in smoothies when it's hot.

Plain, low fat Trader Joes, and I add Splenda or no-carb, no sugar added coffee syrup and sometimes ground flax.

The journey of 1000 miles starts with a single step.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

I use non-fat plain Greek yogurt and mix in a little organic honey, add some mixed berries, 1/4 cup of granola w/pumpkin seeds, and top it with some ground flax seeds. That's my recovery meal after I work out in the morning. =)

Mixed with fruit is probably my favorite, but also use it instead of sour cream in savory dishes.

My eating plan only allows for me to have dairy once on a week on my Sunday Funday. Yogurt is one thing I do indulge in on that day. I either eat it out of it's little container or use it in a smoothie with fruit, milk and protein powder or I use it as a dip for my other favorite Funday treat, fruit! I've enjoyed all the brands I've tried but I like the higher protein ones best.

I use it to make tzatziki which I put on chicken, beef, fish, etc. I am doing low carb so I eat the full fat Greek yogurt (the low fat ones have too much added sugar). My tzatziki recipe is at the link below (don't freak out when you see the calories...I accidentally entered the recipe as only one serving)!

I love the individual containers of fat free Dannon Oikos greek yogurt with fruit on the bottom! They are a quick and easy way to get calcium and protein in my diet as a snack throughout the day. They do have a lot of sugar but I compensate by eating other things that are reduced sugar or sugar free the rest of the day.

4oz. yogurt
1oz. heavy whipping cream

I add coco powder to this sometimes, or PB2, or maple flavor, but I love the texture and taste of it.
