One of my biggest craving-fighters is TEA.
A cup of tea is one of the easiest ways for me to distract myself. A warm cup of tea fills my belly, keeps my hydrated, and fights sweet cravings. I tend to make mine with a bit of stevia for sweetness (though I used to use sugar and figured a spoon of sugar was better than a wad of chips and dip!)
