I second the idea of bringing something you can eat...but that still doesn't take care of what everyone else is eating and what to do about that.
I have a hard time having "just a little" and have found I'm better off just saying no.
So I tell myself:
This isn't the last time you'll see ice cream.
Those are grocery store cupcakes...not even that great!
You're not even hungry!
And on and on.
It's a mental battle for me, choosing to stay with healthy foods no matter what.
