I HAVE LEARNED TRACKING YOUR FOOD AND FITNESS IS SO IMPORTANT. YOU JUST DON'T REALIZE HOW MANY CALORIES ARE IN WHAT YOU ARE EATING. SO THANK FULL I NEVER MISS A DAY TRACKING MY FOOD AND FITNESS.
