I'm a huge chocolate fan, too, so I've been adding a Tbsp or two of good quality dutch processed cocoa powder to my plain yogurt during the day (along with some almonds, or hemp seeds, or fruit, or all of the above!), and to skim milk to make a hot cocoa every evening. A high quality cocoa has a surprising number of nutrients, including fibre, so I see it as a delicious win!
If you are like me and prefer it a little sweeter, you might enjoy adding a tsp of blackstrap molasses to sweeten it up a bit (and get a few more nutrients in to the mix).
Nothing like finding a way to really enjoy getting your nutrition in!
