I started on WW and lost the bulk of my weight there, switched to sp when I hit a long plateau. Yes, that's your true range, no extra points. I stayed at the lower range on days that I didn't work out, mid-range during the week when I worked out at night, and high range on the weekend when I worked out heavily and wanted to eat more of my favorite things.
