Hmmm...never heard that one before! :)
And for myself, I have a history of Pre-Diabetes, so eating too many Carbs in a relatively short time frame is a No-No! I deliberately attempt to space them out throughout the day. I suppose I *could* eat my breakfast and snack carb allowance as ONLY Fruit in the morning....but it wouldn't be something I'd like to do on a regular basis...so I would end up failing pretty soon!
I prefer to get my different nutrients scattered throughout the day.
And yes...the rest of my life is run in a scattered fashion too! :)
