Don't forget that you can still enter all your foods even if you don't use meal plans at all. You just take the information from the food packaging, making sure that you carefully weigh and measure everything and then enter all the info under "Enter a food not listed".
Most of what I eat I have to enter all the details myself. That's partly because I'm in the UK and most of the items in the food tracker are US-centric, but partly because I don't use the meal planners at all. I eat whatever I fancy and make sure I track it all manually.
