I had friend helping me cook a few days ago. We did the tuna noodle casserole out of the spark people book and the cucumber dip. We also did mashed potatoes from a recipe I had it uses greek yogurt. All of this was awesome and a lot is left over. How do I record this in nutrition and do I have to weigh all food before I eat it.
I ordered the new book from walmart.com but it won't get here in time for the challenge
I need some fast breakfast ideas. Cereal is getting old and doesn't keep me full.
