Lemon water is a tasty way to stay hydrated. No more, no less. :) It won't "flush fat" nor anything else from your system; your body isn't a toilet, and it can't be flushed. If you enjoy it, and it helps you drink more water, go for it! But don't expect it to do more than help you stay hydrated.
