I'm having mango, banana, peach and coconut overnight oats this morning. It's delicious. I'm doing a key lime overnight oats for tomorrow.
You soak your oats in Greek yogurt (or any kind of yogurt), milk or alternative and put it in the firdge overnight. Freeze your fruit overnight and then process it in the morning and pour it on top.
