If you open your Nutrition Tracker it will be easier to provide you with some tips to hep you. What sort of carbs do you eat? Some have a good amount of protein added with them - like Yoghurt. Milk is another.
Other protein sources:
* Skinless Chicken
* Lean Red Meat
* Hummus (my daughter turns beans into hummus too, because my little g/son doesn't like the texture of beans in their normal state
* Lentils (try adding them to casseroles
* Smoothies - use your favourite fruits and add milk, yoghurt and milk powder to the mix.
* Wholewheat Pasta
* Olive Oil
* Rice Bran Oil
* Fish - dark fish is more oily and richer in Omega-3's
I am sure that with some experimentation you will find what works best for you.
