Depends... how's your eating during the week? Are you eating at the top of your range during the week too? If you are, then yes, having a "over" day on the weekend might not be the best idea. But if you eat low to mid range during the week, then I don't think one day on weekends will hurt you.
Now, for me, I'm in maintenance, but my maintenance max is around 1900. So during the week I try to stick to 1600-1700, that way I "bank" calories to use on weekends. My SO travels for work during the week so Saturdays are our only day we have to spend together, so we go to sporting events, out to eat etc, so I don't want to worry about calories on that day.
One thing though, the red wine will definitely cause temporary weight gain.... if I were you I'd try to limit that the most.
