What DO you like? (besides chocolate and pasta, lol)
A lot of times my snacks are smaller versions of my meals, so I might have half a sandwich, or a hard boiled egg, or a half serving of last nights leftovers, or a yogurt. Other times I might have an apple with peanut butter of a piece of cheese, or a granola bar. You could even have a small serving of pasta mixed with fresh veggies! A lot of it depends on where my calories are for the day, some of my snacks have been bigger than some of my meals!
