Yep - isn't that just amazing?? That restaurant portions are SO over-the-top, that even limiting yourself to HALF of a so-called "single serving" is actually more than you need?
The standard "restaurant advice for dieters" has been "eat half, ask the wait staff to box up the rest" - but these days it's more like, "eat one-third...."
That said - you had a pretty nice looking meal and didn't go over your calories by toooo much, so, good job! (yes I peeked at your tracker. couldn't help myself) :)
