I agree with the no food in bedroom line (and I am not the perfect house cleaner!!!). It does encourage eating in hiding.
I weigh every day but I will wait a day if I have eaten something I know will make it bad! That will help you not feel 'punished' for every slip up. When I have a slip, I drink lots and eat well and it usually sorts out in a day or two.
Instead of beating yourself up over the scale, congratulate yourself for the gym workout!! We are very good at focusing on the mistake and not on the good work!
