Are you able to take a 10 minute walk during your lunch break?
Are you able to get up from your work-station and have more frequent 'bathroom' breaks .... or 1/2 fill you glass with water so you have to make more frequent water cooler stops.
Do you have a lift? If so, are you able to take the stairs in stead of the lift?
Are you able to park your car further from where you do normally, or get off the bus one stop sooner and walk the rest?
Is your mother mobile? If so, are you able to take her for little walks somewhere near-by? (would do her good, too!) If she isn't mobile, are you able to access a wheelchair and take her for a walk around the neighbourhood?
While you are watching TV, you could do some chair exercises.
Hopefully you are eating well, as in enough calories, AND good quality food with plenty of protein, and lots of fruit/veges in the mix, AND low on the sodium and processed foods, because they can impact on energy, too, which influences motivation.
