Not knowing your diet or exercise routine, either of these could be causes of your lack of energy. I know when I started eating healthier, whole foods, and cut out much of the processed foods, I started noticing how much happier, healthier and more energized I felt. I still get tired, but not like I used to. I worked out after work, when I couldn't fit it in before. I've been working out before work the last few days, and I have been loving the extra time in the evenings. But take baby steps and make those changes!

Hi, I am kinda new here - was here a few yrs back and trying to loose weight again and KNOW I have to exercise but am just SOOOO exhausted all the time, plus i have plantar faciitis and love to walk and jog - its how I lost all my weight before - but now w/ this foot problem I cant do what I loved and worked for me. Why am I always exhausted - i see other people wake up and exercise before work -OMG i couldn't even fathom doing such a thing - and some exercise when they come home which I coudn;t even imagine doing - i am falling asleep driving home. Is this normal?? I work 7p-7a and on my days off I am so sleepy all day - ready to go to bed at any time.
Any suggestions - comments - anyone else like this??
