I'm wondering if anybody goes under the range on some days and over on other days, which I tend to do, which in my mind makes me think it all evens out in the end. Does anybody else do this and how does it work for you? Some days I'm hungrier or eat out, which makes my count high, and some days I just don't feel like eating as much as I need to to get all the calories in.
I've read about the cycling between the lower and upper ends of the range, but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm not doing this intentionally and I'm also talking about being outside of the range altogether. Not drastically outside the range, but maybe just by 100-200 calories.
